Venus Power Holding S.R.L., regolarmente registrate e attive.
Unitamente a La Fonte S.R.L., Joyce Couture S.R.L.S. e Venere Nera Group (Cina), le società sono attualmente in fase
di aggiornamento tecnico e organizzativo, finalizzato al lancio di un unico
brand internazionale che rappresenterà tutte le attività del gruppo sotto una sola identità coordinata.
I precedenti marchi commerciali “Venere Nera” e “Venus Power” non verranno più utilizzati come brand distintivi di prodotto.
L’e-commerce e tutte le sezioni di vendita online risultano momentaneamente sospese, in attesa del completamento delle procedure di rinnovo e del lancio del nuovo brand.

The domains www.lavenerenera.it and www.venuspowerholding.it are the exclusive property of Venere Nera S.R.L. and Venus Power Holding S.R.L.,
both duly registered and active companies.
Together with La Fonte S.R.L., Joyce Couture S.R.L.S., and Venere Nera Group (China),
the companies are currently undergoing a technical and organizational update aimed at launching a single international
brand that will represent all group activities under one unified identity.
The former commercial names and trademarks “Venere Nera” and “Venus Power” will no longer be used as distinctive product brands.
The e-commerce and all online sales sections are temporarily suspended, pending completion of renewal procedures and the launch of the new brand.
